The Kyoto Botanicals Collective
We’ll pay for your Kyoto Botanicals.
Welcome to our exclusive advocate network. Share the wellness, stack your credits, and never pay full price for wellness again.
Share the Wellness
Use your unique link to give friends $15 off their first Kyoto Botanicals order.
Earn Your Credit
For every successful referral, a $15 code is automatically generated for you. Credits stay active for 60 days.
Stack Rewards
There is no limit. Refer 1 or 100. Your codes accumulate as you grow the circle.
Secure Your Entry
To unlock your unique referral link in our system, you must be an active member of the Collective. Use this code for $10 off your next order to trigger your link generation.
Important: Once your order is placed, your unique referral link will appear on your Thank You Page and in your Order Confirmation. Copy it immediately.
Step 02: Distribution
Share Your Link
This is where you earn your credits. Take your link and share it everywhere. Every time someone new to Kyoto Botanicals uses it, you get $15 and they get $15.
Turn your advocacy into free products. There is no cap on how many credits you can earn.
The Master Credit Exchange
Since our store only allows one code per order, we’ve made stacking easy. If you have multiple $15 credits, email mark@kyotobotanicals.com. I will personally void your small codes and issue you one Master Credit for the total amount.
By participating in the Kyoto Botanicals Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: Referral rewards ($15 credits) are only triggered when the Referee is a first-time customer at Kyoto Botanicals. Existing customers within our database do not qualify as new referrals.
- Credit Expiration: All referral credits and Master Credits carry a 60-day expiration date from the day they are issued. We recommend stacking or using your credits promptly to ensure they remain active.
- The $10 Activation Code: The 'COLLECTIVE10' code is a one-time use per customer intended to initiate your entry into the program.
- Credit Generation: Credits are issued once the referred order has been processed and verified. Kyoto Botanicals reserves the right to void credits from self-referrals or "circular" referral loops (referring yourself using a different email).
- Master Credit Exchange: As Shopify's architecture limits orders to one discount code, the manual consolidation process via mark@kyotobotanicals.com is the only way to stack rewards. Please allow 24-48 hours for code consolidation.
- Usage Limits: Referral codes provided to your friends are valid for one use per person. There is no limit to the total number of unique friends you can refer.
- Program Integrity: We built the Collective for genuine community growth. Any evidence of coupon farming or bot-driven link distribution on coupon-scraper sites will result in immediate removal from the Collective and voiding of all earned credits.
Kyoto Botanicals reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time to protect the sustainability of the Collective.
