CBD Gifts: How to Pick the Right CBD Gift for Anyone
The best CBD gift depends on the person: gummies for someone new to CBD, the sports cream for anyone who trains, the mint oil for someone with an evening routine, and our mushroom brew for anyone who cannot take CBD at all. Below are my picks by person, every gift set we make with what is inside, gift cards, and the last day to order for Christmas, which is December 15.
Best CBD Gifts by Person
Someone New to CBD
The THC-Free CBD Gummies, $39.00 for 30. There is nothing to measure, they go anywhere, and every gummy is 25 mg. If you are not sure what to get someone, start here.
Runners, Lifters and Hikers
The (re)CHARGE CBD Sports Cream, $55.00. I use it after every run and again before bed, and people always ask about the scent, which is lavender and rosemary instead of the usual medicine cabinet smell. It is also the one people come back for after I have handed out samples.
An Evening Wind Down
The Organic Mint CBD Oil, $49.00. You can adjust the dose a little at a time, and it is USDA certified organic. I have taken a tincture right after dinner nearly every night for about 10 years.
Someone Who Already Takes CBD
The Orange CBD Oil or the CBD Softgels, both 1,500 mg. The softgels are 50 mg each with nothing to taste, and the orange oil puts more CBD in every dropper than the mint.
The Coffee Lover
The (re)GROUND Mushroom + Cacao Brew, $39.00. Lion's mane, reishi, chaga and cordyceps in a raw cacao base, with no CBD in it. I put it in my smoothie every day.
Anyone Who Might Be Drug Tested
Do not give them CBD, including ours. Give them the mushroom brew instead. It has no CBD and no THC.
CBD Gift Sets and Bundles
A gift set takes the guessing out of it. The stacks pair two products that work at different times of day, and the bundles are three of the same, which is great for splitting between family members.
| Gift set | What is inside | Price | A good gift for |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Focus Stack | THC-Free CBD Gummies and (re)GROUND Mushroom + Cacao Brew | $69 | Someone who wants a steady morning and an easy afternoon |
| The Calming Stack | Organic Mint CBD Oil and THC-Free CBD Gummies | $79 | Someone with an evening wind down routine |
| The Recovery Stack | THC-Free CBD Gummies and (re)CHARGE CBD Sports Cream | $79 | Runners, lifters and anyone who comes home sore |

| The Performance Stack | (re)CHARGE CBD Sports Cream and (re)GROUND Mushroom + Cacao Brew | $79 | Athletes and anyone who trains early |
| Broad Spectrum CBD Gummies Bundle | THC-Free CBD Gummies, 3 jars | $99 | Splitting between family members, or stocking up |
| (re)GROUND Mushroom Brew Bundle | (re)GROUND Mushroom + Cacao Brew, 3 jars | $99 | Coffee lovers, and anyone who cannot take CBD |
| Broad Spectrum Complete CBD Bundle | THC-Free CBD Gummies, Organic Mint CBD Oil and (re)CHARGE CBD Sports Cream | $125 | Trying a little of everything |
| Broad Spectrum Peppermint CBD Oil Bundle | Organic Mint CBD Oil, 3 bottles | $129 | Someone who already takes CBD every night |

Is CBD a Good Gift? THC, Drug Tests and Who Should Skip It
CBD makes a good gift when you know it fits the person. Our CBD is hemp under federal law, every lot tests non-detect (ND) for THC, and every lot is under the 0.4 mg federal cap that starts December 11, 2026. You can match any lot number to its report on our lab results page. Three things to keep in mind:
- Drug testing: if they might be tested for work, sports or anything else, give the mushroom brew instead.
- Medications: anyone who takes other medications should talk to their doctor before starting CBD.
- Where they live: CBD rules differ by state, so check theirs.
And if it is not a fit, every CBD product has a 30-day guarantee. They can email me and I will make it right.
