How the Kyoto Botanicals Referral Program Works
- Place any order. Your referral link shows up on your thank you page, your order status page and your order confirmation.
- Share your link. Your friend gets $15 off their first Kyoto Botanicals order.
- Get your credit. When a new customer orders with your link, you get a $15 code for your next order. Codes stay active for 60 days.
That is the whole program. There is nothing to sign up for and no points to track.

Combining Referral Credits Into One Master Credit
Our store allows one discount code per order, so if you have more than one $15 credit, you cannot use them together at checkout. Instead, email me at info@kyotobotanicals.com, and I will void your separate codes and send you one Master Credit for the total. Please allow 24 to 48 hours. Master Credits also stay active for 60 days.
Where to Share Your Referral Link
The best referrals come from people who know you: a text to a friend, an email, or a post on your own social accounts or newsletter. Please keep it personal. Posting your link on coupon and deal sites goes against the program rules below.
Referral Program Rules
- First-time customers only: credits are earned only when the person you refer is new to Kyoto Botanicals. Existing customers do not count as new referrals.
- Expiration: referral codes, credits and Master Credits stay active for 60 days from the day they are issued.
- When credits are issued: after the referred order has been processed and verified.
- One code per order: referral codes cannot be combined with any other discount code.
- Usage: each friend can use a referral code once. There is no limit to how many friends you refer.
- No self-referrals: referring yourself, including with a different email address, does not count, and those credits will be voided.
- No coupon sites: posting links on coupon or deal sites, or sharing them with bots, will get you removed from the program and void your credits.
Kyoto Botanicals may change or end this program at any time.
