How Fast Kyoto Botanicals Ships
I pack and ship every order myself from our office in Greenwood Village. There is no warehouse and no fulfillment company in the middle. Orders placed before noon Mountain Time go out that same day, and orders that come in after that go out the next business day when I clear orders at noon. On average, an order leaves here within 12 hours.
I do it this way because I know how frustrating it is to see an order marked fulfilled and then watch it sit for days without moving. When your order says shipped, it has shipped.

Where We Ship
We ship to every US state except Tennessee, where state regulations prevent us from shipping, and that includes PO boxes and APO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States. If you would rather buy in person, see the shops and clinics that carry Kyoto Botanicals.
Discreet, Recyclable Packaging
Your order comes in a plain cardboard box with the shipping label and our name and return address, and nothing else on the outside. Inside, everything is packed with paper. No plastic bubbles and no foam popcorn, so the whole box goes in the recycling.
Holiday Shipping
Order by December 15 for Christmas delivery. Holiday mail runs slower than the rest of the year, and we do not ship on USPS holidays, so earlier is better. If you are shopping for someone else, my CBD gift guide has picks by person.
